Our platform offers a variety of educational content. The content may include videos, documents, files, and other materials. We may add or remove content from the platform at any time. We reserve the right to share any of the paid content across social media or elsewhere for free for marketing or for any other purposes. We can choose to freely distribute any of the video series or any other content as we deem necessary.
4. Payments and Refunds
We reserve to right to change prices and pricing structures for all products at all times. Refunds are generally not available and can only be made under the sole discretion of Phoenix. In almost cases, however, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
You can purchase an individual account or an enterprise account. The enterprise account consists of multiple individual accounts. In any case, each individual account can only be used by a single individual.
By purchasing an individual account, whether separately or as part of an enterprise purchase, you get access to all the existing video series on the platform for the period of 1 calendar year. You are only guaranteed to have access to the video series that are available at the time of your purchase.
We may or may not add additional video series over time. We certainly do not promise any new video series or any other content in addition to the video series available at the time of your purchase. The price you pay is based on the existing video series at the time of your purchase.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the platform, including videos, documents, and any other materials, is the property of Phoenix or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, stealing content, scraping, training Artificial Intelligence models on our content, trying to download the content in any way.
You are not allowed share your account details with others, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display or share in any form any content from the platform without our prior written permission.
You are not allowed to contact any of the people appearing in the videos or educational materials directly to ask for any additional services or to reference the videos as a way to gain visibility or ask for favors.

Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content available on the platform, especially because some of the knowledge shared could be subjective. The content on the platform is purely educational. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our service.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Phoenix's Jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the law of that Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Phoenix. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using Phoenix, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not register or use the platform. You also acknowledge you may be sued if you violate any of these terms and conditions for the damages caused.
